Effective from: 28 May 2026
The controller of personal data is Content Makers s.r.o., with its registered office at Nádražní 879/27, Moravská Ostrava, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic, company ID: 07649517 ("Leeeds.eu", "we" or the "controller"). This policy explains how we process data of website visitors, customers, client-portal users and business contacts processed as part of B2B lead-generation services.
We mainly process customer identification, contact, billing and contractual data, order and payment data, credit-wallet balance, credit ledger, communications, campaign settings, CRM integrations, email inboxes, replies, opens, clicks, draft approvals and technical data needed to operate the service securely. For B2B leads, we may process a work name, role, company, business email, phone number, website, public profile, contact source, industry, country, relevance score, personalization source and outreach status where they are publicly available, created within the service or provided by the client.
B2B contacts are collected from publicly available sources such as company websites, public directories, business registers, professional profiles and other legitimate public sources, or from materials supplied by a client. We do not intentionally collect sensitive data, private email addresses or children’s data. If we learn that a contact should no longer be processed, we exclude it from future use.
We process data to handle orders, provide the service, operate the client portal, invoice, manage the credit wallet, provide support, secure the platform, defend legal claims and improve the service. The legal bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interest in operating a B2B service and protecting our rights, and consent where required. For publicly available B2B contacts, we rely on legitimate interest in processing professional contact data for relevant business work. Processing a public contact does not by itself mean that a commercial email may be sent; electronic-communications rules, consent, customer relationship, opt-outs and objections must be assessed separately under the relevant country rules.
We may disclose data only to the extent necessary to trusted suppliers who help us with hosting, databases, email, payment processing, analytics, security, customer support, automation and AI processing. We use appropriate contractual safeguards with suppliers and do not sell personal data to third parties as a standalone product outside the ordered service.
When a client uses Leeeds.eu for its own business outreach, the client is responsible for campaign content, the legal basis for sending, information duties towards recipients, respecting objections and opt-outs, and compliance with electronic-communications rules in its country. Where we process data on the client’s instructions, we act as processor; for our own operations, billing, security and service improvement, we act as controller.
We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Accounting and tax records are retained for the statutory period; contractual and order records are generally retained for the relationship and then for the period needed to protect legal claims. Technical logs are retained for a limited time. Contacts excluded after an objection are kept in a minimal suppression list to prevent future outreach.
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we use available legal mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The fastest way to reach us is info@leeeds.eu; we handle requests without undue delay.
The service may use automated sorting, validation, deduplication, relevance scoring and AI assistance when preparing business materials. These processes are not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on an individual. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, access controls, encryption where appropriate and regular permission reviews.
