Leeeds Market Entry Intelligence

See what a new B2B market produces before you scale it.

European B2B Market Entry Report

From market research to reply: the last completed quarter

Follow two separate funnels: research and contact preparation, then outreach and response. This avoids mixing companies discovered in the quarter with contacts reached in the quarter. Small cohorts remain hidden and missing values are never estimated.

The broader source funnel

New run telemetry now preserves how many unique source candidates were checked before a contact became ready. Historical jobs did not retain this exact number after completion.

This metric will appear automatically after at least three completed runs, two independent accounts and the minimum candidate sample.

One purchase, six decisions

Every stakeholder gets the proof they need

The evidence changes by role, but the conclusion stays the same: validate the market before building another outbound team.

Owner / CEO

How quickly can we validate a market without hiring locally?

Market size evidence, median research time, usable-contact yield and a controlled pilot decision.

Sales manager

How do workflow, approvals and reply handoff work?

A visible path from targeting through QA and sending to a reply with history and next action.

Marketing

How do we protect brand and local language?

Local-language drafts, web evidence, human approval and quality gates before sending.

Finance

What does a usable opportunity cost and when can it pay back?

Transparent funnel denominators, contact economics and a scenario-based ROI model without guarantees.

IT / Procurement

What data is used, stored and integrated?

Source categories, data lifecycle, access controls, audit trail and documented CRM handoff.

Legal

How are GDPR, opt-out and automated outreach handled?

Purpose limitation, suppression rules, unsubscribe handling, approvals and a traceable processing workflow.

Leeeds Market Entry Score

One score for the go / pilot / wait decision

The score combines market evidence, ICP precision, reachability, localization, economics and operating readiness. It is a decision framework, not a performance promise.

Transparent methodology

Definitions before conclusions

Every number has a denominator, a time window and a privacy rule. The method is deliberately conservative so that a small or incomplete cohort never looks like a benchmark.

01

Completed quarter

The public edition uses the last fully completed calendar quarter, never an unfinished month presented as a trend.

02

Usable contact

A deduplicated pipeline candidate with an available email that is not marked risky or bounced and has not been rejected.

03

Reply rate

Unique leads with a reply divided by unique contacted leads. Email opens are excluded from the headline metrics.

04

Actionable reply

A matched inbound reply classified as INTERESTED or QUESTION. Unclassified replies stay in the overall reply rate but not in this narrower metric.

05

Separate denominators

Research metrics use companies stored during the quarter; outreach metrics use unique leads contacted during the quarter. The two populations are never presented as one conversion funnel.

06

Privacy threshold

A cohort needs multiple independent accounts and a minimum sample. Otherwise the value remains intentionally unpublished.

The public report contains no names, domains, email addresses, raw prompts or customer-level results.

Limitations and interpretation

  • Benchmarks describe the observed Leeeds sample, not the entire European B2B market.
  • A pipeline candidate is a deduplicated company or contact stored for evaluation; it is not every raw source result checked.
  • Reply rate does not distinguish positive, neutral and negative intent.
  • Actionable-reply classification depends on a matched inbound message and the stored response category.
  • Research duration includes queue and provider time, so it is an operational benchmark rather than pure analyst work.
